Your mind is always on — and it’s pulling you away from yourself.

Becoming Her.

When your mind is always “on”, it becomes harder to tune into what’s actually true for you — and over time, something starts to fade.

Your energy. Your spark. Your sense of aliveness.

Becoming Her is a six-week circle to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, feel clearer and more like you again.

Small group · Maximum 8 women

For many women, there comes a point — often in midlife — when something begins to shift inside.

You’ve spent years being capable, responsible, and holding a lot for the people around you.

But somewhere beneath all of that, a quieter question begins to emerge:

“Is there more life in me than the life I’m currently living?”

Becoming Her is a space for women who are ready to listen to that question.

You’ve been holding a lot for a long time.

From the outside it may look like you’re managing everything.

Your work.
Your responsibilities.
Your relationships.
Your life.

But inside it can feel like there are too many tabs open in your mind.

Always thinking.
Always carrying something.
Always trying to keep things moving.

And somewhere along the way, you may have lost a bit of your spark.

Not because you’re incapable.
Not because you’re doing life wrong.

But because you’ve been holding a lot for a long time.

You might recognise yourself here…

• You open your laptop and instantly feel overwhelmed.
• You spend an entire day working but nothing meaningful moves forward.
• You see other women moving ahead and quietly wonder “Why does this feel harder for me?”
• You’ve done the personal development.
• You understand your patterns.
• You know what you should be doing.

But when life gets busy or pressure builds, you find yourself back in the same loops.

Not because you lack awareness.

Because your system is overloaded.

Nothing about you is broken.

Sometimes what we need isn’t more knowledge, advice or another strategy.

What we need is space.

Space to slow down.
Space to breathe.
Space to hear ourselves again.

Because when life gets quieter, something important happens.

Our own inner guidance becomes easier to hear.

The next steps start to feel obvious.

Becoming Her.

Becoming Her is designed to create that space.

Not another programme to complete.
Not another set of practices to keep up with.

Just a supportive circle where you can pause, reconnect with yourself, and let your next chapter unfold naturally.

A place where women who have been holding a lot for a long time can finally put some of that weight down.

Where you can:

Slow down
Find some inner calm
Reconnect with yourself
Feel more at home in who you are

And when that happens, something powerful begins to return.

Your energy.
Your clarity.
Your excitement about life.

A space to come back to yourself.

Becoming Her is a small, intimate circle of women who meet weekly to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

This isn’t about pushing harder or adding more to your already full plate.

It’s about creating the conditions where real change can begin.

Inside the space we gently move from:

Overthinking → reconnection
Pressure → spaciousness
Holding everything alone → shared understanding

Inside the space we explore:

• somatic practices to settle the nervous system
• intuitive tools for accessing inner guidance
• ways to find more ease, flow and alignment
practical tools to help you stay grounded and navigate whatever life brings
• reflective prompts and conversations
• creative practices such as tarot, breathwork and visualisation

This is also a space where you can be real about the challenges life brings — without needing to hold it all together or pretend you’re fine.

We listen, support one another, and meet whatever arises with honesty, compassion and perspective.

This isn’t a therapy space. Instead, it’s a place to reconnect with yourself, recognise when old patterns arise, and find steadiness as you move through them.

There’s no pressure to perform or “get it right”.

No homework.
No content overload.

Just a space to pause, feel what’s true for you, and grow from within.

What’s included.

Weekly circle calls
(60–90 minutes)
A small group of supportive women
Grounding and reconnection practices
Optional somatic and intuitive exercises
A private WhatsApp space for support
A growing library of support material

Sometimes what we need most is space to reconnect with ourselves.

What begins to change.

When women have the space to slow down and reconnect with themselves, something important happens.

They begin to feel lighter.

They accept themselves more.
They trust themselves again.

They stop pushing so hard.
They begin making decisions from what feels true for them.

My intention for this space is simple:

That you leave feeling more like yourself again.

Clearer.
Stronger.
More resourced.
More confident.

And perhaps more excited about life again.
