Becoming Her is a small group experience to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and become more fully the woman you already know is inside you — so you can feel calmer, clearer, more self-trusting, and more alive in your life again.

For many women, there comes a point — often in midlife — when something begins to shift inside.
You’ve spent years being capable, responsible, and holding a lot for the people around you.
But somewhere beneath all of that, something begins to press for attention:
“Something isn’t working.”
“I know this isn’t it… but I can’t seem to find my way out of it.”
Becoming Her is a space for women who are ready to stop overriding that inner voice — and begin becoming the woman it’s been trying to guide them towards.
You’ve been holding a lot for a long time.
From the outside it may look like you’re managing everything.

Your life.
But inside it can feel like there are too many tabs open in your mind.
Always thinking.
Always carrying something.
Always trying to keep things moving.
And somewhere along the way, you don’t quite recognise yourself anymore.
Not because you’re broken.
Not because you’ve failed.
But because the version of you that learned how to cope, manage and hold everything together has become louder than the deeper, more alive version of you underneath it.

It’s about reconnecting with — and fully becoming — the woman already inside you.

A small, supportive group space to slow down, reconnect, and hear what’s actually true for you again.
This is where you:

Some women come into this space to reset, reconnect, and move forward in a different way.
Others already know they want — or need — more personalised support, and choose to work with me 1:1 alongside or instead of the group.
Private 1:1 Work
1:1 is for women who already know something isn’t working — and are ready to face it fully, so they can finally experience real shifts and move forward differently.
This is a space where:
- you can be completely honest about what’s really going on
- deeper patterns are brought into awareness and worked through
- your thoughts, emotions, spirit and body are all part of the process
- you are supported through the decisions you’ve been circling
This is not just about understanding what’s happening.
